Raspberry Oranges

Ricotta cheese
Flakey salt
Balsamic glaze
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brush baguette slices with olive oil.
Toast for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp then let cool.
Carefully cut the peel off the Raspberry Oranges, removing any white pitch, and chop into small pieces.
Toss oranges with chopped basil and mint in a bowl.
Spread ricotta on each baguette slice.
Top with the Raspberry Orange mixture.
Sprinkle with flakey salt, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and serve immediately.
