Baked Orange Chicken

Orange Cream Popsicle

Crispy, flavorful, and irresistibly tangy - this baked orange chicken is perfect for a holiday weekend feast!⁠

Ingredients

• 6-8 Kings River Navel Oranges (depending on size)
• 2 cups non-fat greek yogurt  
• 1 tsp vanilla 
• 1 tbsp sugar 

instructions

1. Peel and cut navel oranges. Mash them with a spoon to release the juices and set aside in a bowl. 
2. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. 
3. Fill each popsicle mold 1/3 of the way full with the navel oranges. Make sure they are packed down to prevent air pockets. 
4. Fill each mold to the 2/3 mark with the yogurt mixture. Press down with a spoon to pack it in. 
5. Combine the remaining navel oranges and yogurt mixture, and fill molds to the top. 
6. Freeze for about 6 hours.
