1 Kings River Poppies Mandarin
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
Combine chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup together in a bowl.
Whisk well, let sit for 5 minutes and then mix again. Cover and store in the fridge for minimum of 1 hour to fully thicken.
Layer on the chia pudding, followed by yogurt and Poppies Mandarins.
Cover and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
