Gold Nugget Mandarin & Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 Gold Nugget Mandarin Oranges, peeled and segmented, then cut in half
  • ½ avocado, cut into ½ inch dice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ jalapeño pepper, diced (optional)

Preparation

  • Flake salt & coarse pepper to taste.
  • In a medium bowl, gently combine all ingredients.
  • Season with salt & pepper. Spoon over your favorite fish.
